School Board to Meet on ‘Secession’ Issue

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education’s regular meeting takes place Thursday, March 1, at the district offices, 1651 16th St., Santa Monica. The issue of “unification,” i.e. the logistics of forming a separate Malibu school district, will be on the agenda as a discussion item.
